I kept seeing the same thing: retirement plans built carefully around money, and almost nothing measured about the health capacity the plan quietly assumes. Someone runs the numbers at 62 assuming they'll feel the same at 75. Energy, sleep, mobility, caregiving hours — all of it sits outside the plan until it becomes the plan.

So I built the tracker I wanted for those conversations. You enter what you actually know, in plain language, a minute at a time. It turns that into four scores — health capacity, cost exposure, retirement strain, and overall alignment — that show where things are drifting apart. It does not sell products, recommend investments, or give medical or financial advice. It organizes the picture so you and the professionals you trust are looking at the same one.
